With 6k GE you can make at least 3 decent crews, which can gain xp well afterwards by themselves. The problem is way more often than not, your tanks interiors are nuked by APHE/BC shells or completely wiped by a cone of molten shrapnel from a HEAT/FS round. Repair speed would be good but ya gonna get wacked at some point. Keen vision is not useless mate it helps a lot especially in RB and sim but wait for the 50% off sale coming in a couple. but I've recently started playing tanks seriously and I'm not sure how to split it. I've been told dumping points into their respective skills such as Driving/reloading etc and then on repair speed is the best bet. It's all very, VERY noticable. After that i would start working levelling up Vitality, Field Repair and Agility.
